Gidleigh Park
Absent since looking a possible non-stayer over 3m on heavy ground in the Albert Bartlett at the Cheltenham Festival; unbeaten (4-4) previously and bagged Grade 2 honours at Cheltenham (2m4f, good to soft) on penultimate hurdles start; likely still has more to offer and looks a smart novice chasing prospect.

Iberico Lord
One of the best 2m handicap hurdlers last season, having won the Greatwood at Cheltenham (soft) and Betfair Hurdle at Newbury (heavy); best to forgive his Champion Hurdle effort when the yard was badly out of sorts; brings the highest rating to chase debut and commands respect.

Leave Of Absence
Progressive for Chris Gordon but badly lacks recent match practice, having been absent since making all at Ascot (1m7f, good; hurdles debut) just over two years ago; useful in bumpers and placed in sole point; remains in same ownership; tongue-tie applied; market instructive.

The Four Sixes
Fairly useful handicap hurdler (over 2m3f/2m5f) last winter/spring for new stable, winning at Wetherby (soft) then placed a few times, most recently good second at Ayr; proving consistent and could go well but needs some improvement to beat a couple of these rivals.
