Absent since finishing second of four over C&D (soft) last March but this prominent-racer represents a trainer having an excellent season and he won in November 2023 after some time off, so is capable when fresh; a possible.
Built upon the promise of his first two chase starts to win by 15l at Uttoxeter (2m4f, good to soft) on New Year's Eve; also effective on soft ground (unraced on heavy); a 10lb rise may not stop this unexposed 7yo if he can back up that latest performance.
Displayed promise in 2022-23 novice hurdle campaign and, following an absence, he showed improvement to cosily make all at Wincanton (2m4f, soft) last month on his stable debut and second chase start; that form has been franked by the clear runner-up and this one is firmly in calculations up 8lb.
