Two wins under Lewis Saunders last November (2m4f/2m3f, good to soft/good) and runner-up in the Martin Pipe at Cheltenham (2m4f, good to soft) in March; ran okay on return at Newbury last month; could build on that.

Tailed off in Grade 1 novice hurdle here in April and same story in the Greatwood at Cheltenham last month on reappearance; however, he won two novice hurdles early this year (2m, good to soft/soft), shaping as though this trip could suit, and he's a player if tapping back into that promise.
Point/novice hurdle winner who remains lightly raced and is one to watch in the betting; however, he was well beaten in March on his final run for Laura Morgan and it's been the same outcome on both runs for this yard.
Course bumper winner who landed novice hurdle here (2m1f, good) in May on final run for Nicky Henderson, and made it 2-2 in this tongue-tie when scoring on handicap debut at Southwell (2m4f, soft; first run for Mel Rowley) last month; unexposed and could well maintain his unbeaten Aintree record.
Won a C&D maiden (good) last October on his second hurdle start; soundly beaten fifth on handicap debut at Newbury (2m, good to soft) last month and 2lb wrong at the weights today, but he may have needed that latest run and he retains potential for his top yard, especially now back up in trip.
