Won over 1m4f here in January and narrowly made a successful return from 207 days off at Newcastle (1m2f, Tapeta) last month; up 3lb but a greater concern is whether he will find this a sufficient stamina test.
Showed good form in a couple of AW novices in September, winning narrowly at Kempton (1m4f, Polytrack) on the second occasion, but disappointed on handicap debut there (1m3f; first-time cheekpieces) the following month; gelded since but still has a bit to prove.

Four-time course winner who has run well to be placed behind the same horse at Wolverhampton (8.6f, Tapeta) last two outings; record over C&D reads 121 and he's still just 1lb higher than when last successful; high on list.
Completed a hat-trick on Tapeta (1m/1m2f) in January but went missing for 300 days before well held at Newcastle (1m, Tapeta) last month; needs to have come on from that.

2lb lower than for both wins this year, including at Chelmsford (1m2f, Polytrack) in April, but for good reason in view of his recent efforts; needs a resurgence.
Has run well to finish runner-up on his last two visits here but they were over 1m4f, as were his last four wins at this track; will need a solid pace over this trip.
