Dual-purpose; in excellent form in both codes; won the Ulster Cesarewitch on latest off 74 on the level (18.5f, good); fine fifth in a Listed handicap hurdle off 140 at Galway (22.5f, yielding) in August, his last start in this sphere; 10yo probably needs a career best to win off this mark but he can't be ruled out.
4-14 over hurdles; his last win came at Galway in August 2023 off 131 (22.5f, soft); returns to hurdling now after an unfruitful spell over fences where he struggled with his jumping; may need a run or two to regain his confidence so others are preferred.
In fine fettle; has won his last two, a maiden hurdle at Downpatrick (2m6f, good) and a handicap hurdle (22.5f, good) at the Galway Festival on latest by 6l off 116; up 10lb and in trip but his jockey claims 7lb and he looks progressive so there could still be plenty more to come; high on the shortlist.
Won a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle in July (24.5f, good to yielding); couldn't follow up in a Killarney novice (2m7f, good to yielding) and was still going well when unseating at the fourth last on his handicap debut at Listowel (3m, soft); unexposed, with a top yard and dangerous to dismiss.
Dual-purpose; won a 2m handicap at Chester off 76 in June on soft ground; failed to follow up back there in July and August; returns to hurdling for the first time in 455 days; 3lb lower than when winning his only handicap hurdle at Kelso in May 2022; fit from the Flat and can't be fully discounted; rain would be a plus.
Veteran in fine form; good efforts last two starts over fences, second off 123 at Galway and third off 122 at Kilbeggan; 6.5l behind Run For Oscar on his last start over hurdles at Kilbeggan, conceding 5lb to that rival; probably unwise to take that form literally but he's now 9lb below his last winning mark; each-way shout.
Won a Wexford handicap hurdle (3m, yielding) off 114 in April, his first win over timber in over four years; has failed to figure off his revised mark in two runs since; was a Grade 2 winner in his pomp for Nigel Twiston-Davies but that was a long time ago; would probably prefer softer ground and others are more likely.
Off the mark at the second attempt when winning a 2m1f Limerick maiden hurdle in April (heavy); didn't jump smoothly when beaten 6.75l in a novice in May and not seen since; hard to assess if he's well-treated off 123 on his handicap bow back from a 129-day absence; may want softer ground; probably best watched unless the money comes.
Veteran returns from a 154-day absence; pulled up when last seen in a Punchestown handicap chase; won a 24.5f handicap hurdle (soft to heavy) at Cork on his previous start off 111; 8lb higher now and he prefers much softer ground than this; others look more likely.
Better known as a staying chaser these days; fourth in the Blazers at Galway on latest; was third in the 2023 Scottish National; lightly raced over timber; last run in this sphere a 21l defeat off 121 at Punchestown in April 2021; now 5lb lower and is rated 8lb higher over fences; can't be discounted.
Lightly raced bumper winner is 1-4 over hurdles; that win came on latest in a Tramore novice (20.5f, good to yielding); now makes her handicap debut off 116 upped to 3m for the first time; hard to know if she is well-handicapped but she's with a leading yard and she is unexposed; could go well.
Course winner over fences is 1-15 over hurdles; beaten 18l on latest in a handicap hurdle at Listowel off 116 last week and down 1lb for that; hasn't shown enough in his last three starts and has stamina to prove on first try at 3m; needs a revival.
Won off 102 at Killarney (20.5f, good) on return from a long layoff in July; up 6lb and beaten 28l on next start at the same track over 22.5f; won here on soft ground off 95 in early 2022 and placed third on his only other visit; unproven at 3m though and handicapper might be in charge.
