1.1 William Hill RacingTV is only available to William Hill account holders, subject to the provisions of the remaining terms and conditions below.

1.2 Race viewing is available to UK and Ireland residents only and may not be available to customers using foreign configured IP addresses. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for more information.

1.3 William Hill RacingTV is available on a race by race basis based on you placing at least a £1.00 single bet or a £0.50 each-way single bet (total stake £1.00), or at least a £2.00 double bet or a £1.00 each-way double bet (total stake £2.00), or at least a £3.00 treble bet or a £1.50 each-way treble bet (total stake £3.00) on the race(s) you wish to view. For multiple bet types the equivalent stake of £1.00 per event must be spent to view each additional race.

1.4 Antepost, totePool and special bets do not apply.

1.5 However, William Hill reserve the right to alter these conditions for access or introduce a fee, subscription or other charge for access to William Hill RacingTV in the future. You will be made aware of the introduction of any charge or condition before it is introduced.

1.6 William Hill may refuse access to William Hill RacingTV to any customer at its absolute discretion.

1.7 By accessing William Hill RacingTV you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Available Races

2.1 William Hill RacingTV show live racing from UK, Irish and South African race tracks.

2.2 Race viewing is available to UK and Ireland residents only and may not be available to customers using foreign configured IP addresses. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for more information.

3. Streaming Time Delay

3.1 Although content on William Hill RacingTV is advertised as "live", you should be made aware that William Hill RacingTV is subject to a time delay. The precise length of the time delay will vary depending on a number of factors, but you should typically expect a time delay of between 10 and 20 seconds behind the actual event. 5. Changes To William Hill RacingTV Content

5.1 All content on William Hill RacingTV is subject to change and William Hill may vary, suspend, replace or withdraw content on William Hill RacingTV at its absolute discretion and without notice.

5.2 William Hill reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the William Hill RacingTV service at any time without notice to you.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Spotlight : Ex-Irish gelding who won this quite comfortably 12 months ago on his first start for Jamie Snowden and followed up in February's Royal Artillery Gold Cup (again under Major Will Kellard); the horses he beat in both those races went on to win handicaps and he too ran well to be fifth in the Midlands National; the glaring concern is the very laboured return he made in a Newbury handicap, yet none of his rivals offered a lot more on their final starts.

Spotlight : Has a strike-rate of 5-17 over fences but last season was by and large underwhelming and he was tailed off in a 2m3f Ascot handicap last month when wearing cheekpieces; the returning blinkers might not be a bad thing but he's become a hard horse to predict at the best of times and there are stamina concerns over this far (twice pulled up over 3m under rules).
