Mostly campaigned over fences last season; not a bad run over hurdles at Killarney in a 2m4f handicap in May (yielding); can do better than 40l defeat over timber at Fairyhouse on seasonal return.
Point winner but maiden under rules; runner-up in final three starts last season (final one over fences); beaten just a head at Gowran in February off 117 over 2m4f on soft; made seasonal return over 2m here and ran with credit to finish fifth (lost three places late on); that was a trip short of his optimum so back at this distance and with the same claiming rider aboard he ticks a lot of boxes.
Dual hurdle winner with both wins coming at Wexford; ran well at Naas in March when staying on to finish a 9.5l third; fell at the first on seasonal return at Fairyhouse; capable at her best and Darragh O'Keeffe takes the ride.
Useful staying novice chaser the season before last and consistent; never managed to hit form last season and there wasn't much signs of a revival over 2m5f here on seasonal return when 28l behind (heavy); Donoghue takes the reins now
C&D winner here in January off 102 on soft and followed up with a Fairyhouse novice hurdle win over 2m on heavy; distant third in final start of season at Fairyhouse in April; well beaten on seasonal return at Punchestown but entitled to come on for that; not ruled out.
Back-to-back wins at Cartmel and Killarney leaves him with a record of 5-25 over hurdles; some poor runs recently (mostly over fences but positive signs back at Catterick last time when he weakened into a 3l fourth over fences; chance on his best form.
Fair maiden hurdle form last term; returned from a break with an okay sixth of 11 on handicap debut here over 2m; built on that to take the distant runner-up spot at Fairyhouse latest in first-time cheekpieces (2m4f, yielding to soft); up 3lb and Kennedy aboard now.
Best of four maiden hurdle runs came at Wexford in March when taking third on good to yielding ground; makes handicap debut now after being well beaten at Gowran over 2m on heavy ground last time; others preferred.
Gained two hurdling wins this summer over 2m4f on good ground at Kilbeggan and Wexford; returned from a short break at Cheltenham last month when taking the runner-up spot in a handicap hurdle on softer conditions; that was a very likeable effort and makes him a key contender here.
Bumper and hurdles winner (last win came two seasons ago over 2m); best run last season came at Gowran in January when second of 18 over 3m on soft to heavy ground; out of sorts in recent runs and pulled up in a Galway handicap hurdle when last seen in August.
Posted some solid efforts in a Perth bumper and opening three maiden hurdles; took the runner-up position at Downpatrick in August over 2m6f on good ground; should be thereabouts on handicap bow.
Okay bumper form and has displayed a lack of fluency in jumping in his last two maiden hurdles at Punchestown this time last year and at Fairyhouse on New Year's Day when last seen; makes handicap debut now but may need this back from a lengthy break.
Just one win (on soft to heavy) from his 29 starts but he's run well in his opening three runs this season, taking third in a Gowran handicap hurdle (2m4f, soft) before filling the same position in the Cork Grand National next time; again ran well at Cartmel last time when fourth; can get involved back over timber.
Hurdles winner was out of form in five runs last season (three over fences) but bounced back on seasonal debut over 2m here last month when a 5.5l fourth (soft to heavy) and had a few of these rivals behind him; his win came over further, so not ruled out back up in trip if in the same form.
Two wins split evenly between fences and hurdles; stayed on for sixth over timber back from a break at Punchestown in October (2m7f, good to yielding) but pulled up in a Cork Listed handicap chase last time; his win over hurdles came on heavy ground.
Downpatrick handicap hurdle winner in May off 94 (2m6f, good) and ran his best race since when taking the runner-up spot at Listowel in September (2m6f, good to yielding); well behind at Fairyhouse next time but ran a decent race when fifth in a first-time visor at Tramore (2m5f, soft) last time after keeping on well; ground a concern.
Point-to-point winner ran his best race under rules in a Punchestown maiden hurdle (2m4f, good to yielding) in October when finishing second of 14 behind an odds-on Gavin Cromwell horse; well beaten on handicap debut back at that track last time (2m4f, heavy).
Dual-purpose maiden went closest to scoring when just denied in a Galway h'cap hurdle over 2m6f on penultimate but failed to build on that when 15l behind the winner at Thurles last time; others more likely.
