Good American pedigree and cost $150,000 as a yearling; 25s, prominent until weakening quickly 1f out in hot 6f maiden at the Curragh on Guineas weekend.
St Mark's Basilica half-sister to eight winners including Australian Group 2 winner Adjusted; dam won over 1m1f in France; first home in a barrier trial before last week's debut here over 7f; 7-2, finished off well when second to a promising type; entered in the Group 1 Moyglare; slightly unusual that she's out again so quickly.
By Prix de l'Abbaye winner Wooded and cost 41,000 euros as a yearling; half-sister to French 6f-7.5f winner Viva La Skids (inc 2yo; RPR 103); dam unplaced 6f-1m2f in France, out of half-sister to US 1m2f Grade 1 winner Desert Blanc; missed Naas Listed race (coughing) in which Sarah's Choice was second, and was apparent stable second-string for that.
By multiple champion US sire Into Mischief; half-sister to five winners, notably Derby winner City Of Troy, out of a Group 1 winner; 16-1, slowly away and never got in to it at the Curragh in 7f maiden where stablemates were first and second; entered in the Moyglare, though, and no surprise to see a much better showing this time.
Cost 100,000 euros at the breeze-ups and is speedily bred; 10-1, caught late over 1m at Naas in Listed race won by rival now rated 89, so it's not form to get carried away with and had a relatively hard race into the bargain; backs up fairly quickly as well, but obviously has a good level of ability.
By Wootton Bassett; first living foal out of Love, who won on her third start at two before going on to win the Moyglare, and completed the 1,000 Guineas/Oaks double the following year; holds a Moyglare entry.
By State Of Rest, who was trained by Joseph O'Brien to win Group 1 races in four different countries, including the Cox Plate; cost 42,000 euros as a yearling; half-sister to 6f AW 2yo winner Karaoke; dam US 6.5f dirt winner, half-sister to BC Juvenile Turf winner Hootenanny.
Daughter of Australia was bought back for 18,000 euro at the yearling sales; closely related to 6f/7f winner Orchidaceae (inc 2yo; RPR 98), half-sister to 1m AW winner Another Day Done; dam 7f 2yo winner, half-sister to 7f 2yo Listed winner Mountain Bear; stable second-string and no fancy entries.
