Seen only twice this season, latterly when running a big race in defeat at Kempton (1m4f) four weeks ago; also suited by Tapeta and not yet fully exposed over this trip; high on the list.
Clearcut winner at Kempton (1m4f, AW) in July and placed in valuable Lanark Silver Bell at Hamilton (1m4f, heavy) since but this season's record is very mixed and he was never dangerous in first-time cheekpieces (retained) last month; not an easy one to predict.
Consistent 4yo who kept on well for third in quite valuable Racing League handicap here (1m3f) in August; nudged up 2lb to career-high mark since but useful 3lb claimer Kaiya Fraser is enlisted; probably won't be far away.
Dual 1m4f turf winner this year, latterly in first-time cheekpieces at Newmarket (good to firm) in August, but two poor performances have followed and he returns to Tapeta with some questions to answer.
Returned to form under Jack Dace at Lingfield (1m4f) last month, coming from off the pace to win readily at 25-1; it's hard to tell whether he'll be in similar mood for this Tapeta debut but a recent 5lb rise ought to be manageable.
Delivered on earlier promise when easily winning a C&D novice in April; disappointed when upped to 1m6f and fitted with cheekpieces (retained) for handicap debut at Doncaster in June but was gelded during subsequent four-month break and remains of interest.
Displayed a big jolt of improvement to win by 12l at Salisbury (1m2f, good to firm) in August, his second handicap, but was treated very sternly by the handicapper for that and was unable to land a telling blow off new mark on turf last month; back up in trip here; needs to kick on again.
Created a pretty good impression when opening account at Haydock (1m2f, good) in August, his second handicap, but managed only fifth when warm favourite for 1m4f Shergar Cup race a few days later then struggled on soft ground last month; may yet do better but has a point to prove today.
Began this season with three consecutive wins in the spring (1m2f-1m4f) and was placed in Royal Ascot handicap (1m4f, good to firm) on next outing; absent since a lesser run in July (gelded in the meantime) but further progress is certainly not out of the question.
Bounced back from a poor run when very respectable sixth at Doncaster (1m4f, good to soft) last month but has to compete off a 3lb higher mark on this AW return and is not the percentage call.
Signed off for the Gosden stable with close third of six at Newmarket (1m2f, good) in June but struggled when 50-1 for recent stable debut and is difficult to enthuse over after that run; cheekpieces refitted.
