1. Access To William Hill RacingTV
1.1 William Hill RacingTV is only available to William Hill account holders, subject to the provisions of the remaining terms and conditions below.
1.2 Race viewing is available to UK and Ireland residents only and may not be available to customers using foreign configured IP addresses. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for more information.
1.3 William Hill RacingTV is available on a race by race basis based on you placing at least a £1.00 single bet or a £0.50 each-way single bet (total stake £1.00), or at least a £2.00 double bet or a £1.00 each-way double bet (total stake £2.00), or at least a £3.00 treble bet or a £1.50 each-way treble bet (total stake £3.00) on the race(s) you wish to view. For multiple bet types the equivalent stake of £1.00 per event must be spent to view each additional race.
1.4 Antepost, totePool and special bets do not apply.
1.5 However, William Hill reserve the right to alter these conditions for access or introduce a fee, subscription or other charge for access to William Hill RacingTV in the future. You will be made aware of the introduction of any charge or condition before it is introduced.
1.6 William Hill may refuse access to William Hill RacingTV to any customer at its absolute discretion.
1.7 By accessing William Hill RacingTV you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Available Races
2.1 William Hill RacingTV show live racing from UK, Irish and South African race tracks.
2.2 Race viewing is available to UK and Ireland residents only and may not be available to customers using foreign configured IP addresses. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for more information.
3. Streaming Time Delay
3.1 Although content on William Hill RacingTV is advertised as "live", you should be made aware that William Hill RacingTV is subject to a time delay. The precise length of the time delay will vary depending on a number of factors, but you should typically expect a time delay of between 10 and 20 seconds behind the actual event. The time delay may sometimes be significantly longer than this.
3.2 If you rely on William Hill RacingTV to place bets, you do so entirely at your own risk. William Hill accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by you as a result of your reliance on William Hill RacingTV.

However, this service is subject to picture availability for which William Hill cannot be held responsible. All bets will stand regardless of whether the live stream is available for a particular race.
4.4 William Hill accepts no liability for accuracy of information, comment or analysis provided through WHTV.
5. Changes To William Hill RacingTV Content
5.1 All content on William Hill RacingTV is subject to change and William Hill may vary, suspend, replace or withdraw content on William Hill RacingTV at its absolute discretion and without notice.
5.2 William Hill reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the William Hill RacingTV service at any time without notice to you.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 the content of William Hill RacingTV is owned by and shall remain vested in William Hill or its third party licensors and is for personal non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, saving, modifying or distributing the William Hill RacingTV content ( or assisting a third party to do so ) or allowing any third party to access the William Hill RacingTV content.
6.2 You must not sell or make any charge for watching or using any part of William Hill RacingTV, nor show any part of William Hill RacingTV in public to an audience ( even if no charge is made ), nor authorise or assist any third party to do any of the same.

7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be dealt with by the English courts.
