The following are the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that govern the use of the William Hill Plus Card and Plus Account on this gaming device. By registering for, accessing or using your Plus Card and/or Account on this gaming device, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (last updated 12 February 2024).

Your Plus Card and Account is held by William Hill Organization Limited (“William Hill”, "us", or "we", or "our").

1. Eligibility

• a) You must be 18 or over and meet certain other eligibility criteria and requirements (including passing verification checks where necessary) to have a Plus Account and a Plus Card.
• b) You can only have one (1) Plus Account and Plus Card at any time and must not allow any other individual to use your Plus Account or Plus Card.
• c) You must be located in Great Britain or Jersey.
• d) You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion, from gambling, with any other William Hill Group operators, other gambling operators, MOSES and/or GAMSTOP.
• e) You must not be an employee or member of the William Hill Group.

2. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Fair Deal Rules which also apply to your betting and gaming activity with William Hill, details of which can be found in the customer area of each LBO. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to that extent only.

3. The Plus Account forms part of a customer accreditation scheme in Great Britain and Jersey (the “Scheme”). William Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel the Scheme either in respect of the Scheme in general or individual customers at any time.

4. William Hill reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If the Terms and Conditions are updated, you will be required to accept the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before you register, access or use your Plus Card or Plus Account on a gaming device. It is your responsibility to ensure you can comply with these Terms and Conditions and any changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions, and William Hill accepts no liability for any claims, damages or losses suffered by you as a result of Your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions or any changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions, you should immediately cease using and cancel Your Plus Account and Your Plus Card

5. William Hill reserves the right to determine whether you are eligible for a Plus Account and a Plus Card and William Hill may limit or restrict your eligibility or your access to/use of your Plus Account and/or your Plus Card at any time without notice or liability to you.

6. If William Hill determines that an individual other than you (the registered account holder) has used or is using your Plus Account and/or your Plus Card at any time, William Hill may cancel, suspend or terminate your Plus Account and/or your Plus Card without notice and without liability.

7. Any cards associated with the Plus account shall remain the property of William Hill and you agree to return your Plus Card to William Hill following the closure or termination of your Plus Account for any reason whatsoever or as otherwise requested by William Hill from time to time.

8. William Hill will process your personal data in accordance with the Retail Privacy Policy (located at williamhill.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23219). Additional information about how William Hill uses Your personal data, and Your rights in respect of Your personal data, can be found in the Retail Privacy Policy

9. It is your responsibility to ensure that any personal information provided by you to William Hill is accurate and up-to-date at all times and William Hill shall not be liable to you for any claims, damages or losses suffered by you as a result of your failure to provide William Hill with accurate information and to keep such information up-to-date for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, any claims, damages or losses suffered by you arising out of or in connection with any failure by you to provide accurate information which results in monies being transferred to a third party). William Hill reserves the right to suspend your Plus Account where your details cannot be verified.

10. In the event of a dispute, the decision of William Hill management will be final and binding.

11. The death of an account holder will result in cancellation of his/her William Hill Plus Account and Plus Card (where applicable) and forfeiture of any benefits.

12. William Hill shall not be liable to you for any errors, malfunctions or interruptions (including, without limitation, any technical, hardware or software failures, for any human failures or for any failures in the internet) which may limit or prohibit your ability to use your Plus Account or your Plus Card and any benefits associated with your Plus Account or your Plus Card.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Plus Account Rewards and Benefits

1. To register, you must provide a unique username along with a 4 digit pin.

2. It is your responsibility to ensure your Plus Account is logged into or that any associated Card is inserted correctly in the gaming machine prior to the start of each session of play.

3. At the end of each play session you must log out.

4. Rewards may be awarded as a result of promotions run by William Hill. Promotions, benefits and rewards will be subject to applicable promotional terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with such applicable promotional terms and conditions. You agree and acknowledge that William Hill will not be liable to you for any claims, damages or losses suffered by you arising out of or in connection with any failure by you to comply with any such applicable promotional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any applicable promotional terms and conditions, the applicable promotional terms and conditions shall prevail to that extent only.

5. William Hill reserves the right determine (at William Hill’s discretion) whether you are eligible for any promotions, benefits and rewards in connection with your Plus Account and William Hill reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or withhold any promotions, benefits or rewards without notice and without liability to you.

6. William Hill reserves the right to adjust an account holder's reward balance where rewards have accrued as a result of malfunction, operator fault, misrepresentation or any other reason.

7. You agree and acknowledge that any and all promotions, benefits and rewards associated with Your Plus Account will be automatically forfeited upon closure or termination of your Plus Account. If you re-join the Scheme, you will not be able to reinstate any previously accrued rewards.

8. Rewards are valid for a maximum period of 30 days from the date that they are accrued, unless any such reward is presented with an advertised time limit for redemption in the promotion terms and conditions (which will take precedence). Expired rewards cannot be reclaimed at any time.

9. If a Plus Account has had no activity for a period of 30 days or more, William Hill Retail reserves the right to cancel and void any promotions, benefits and rewards accrued by you in connection with your Plus Account and your Plus Card.

10. When redeeming a reward, a pop up message will appear on screen asking for confirmation to proceed with the redemption. When you confirm this transaction, the reward will automatically be added to the reward balance and the Plus Account rewards balance will be reduced accordingly. Cash Codes, In-Game Bonuses and other offers may be excluded from this process.

11. Any and all promotions, benefits and rewards connected to your Plus Account are non-transferable and cannot be pooled and are not redeemable for cash.

12. Free bets redeemed must be spent in full prior to logging out otherwise they will remain on the terminal and available for any other customer to retrieve.

13. It is your responsibility to ensure that any third party does not access a gaming cabinet or terminal whilst you are logged in and William Hill accepts no liability for any claims, damages or losses suffered by you as a result of your failure to prevent any third party from accessing a gaming terminal whilst your promotions, benefits and rewards are available to you (including, without limitation, any loss of promotions, benefits or rewards).

14. If another William Hill customer places a bet on a gaming terminal which is inadvertently or incorrectly logged with or tracked to your Plus Account or your Plus Card, then William Hill reserves the right to void any such bets and/or withhold any winnings shown as due to you in connection with such bets and, if William Hill has paid any amounts to you in connection with such bets, such amounts shall be deemed to be held by you on trust for William Hill and you shall immediately repay to William Hill such amounts on demand.

15. Once issued, you are responsible for the protection and safe-keeping of your Plus Card and Plus Account details. William Hill accepts no responsibility for any claims, damages or losses suffered by you arising out of or in connection with your loss of you Plus Card, your failure to maintain the protection and safe-keeping of Your Plus Account details (including, without limitation, any claims, damages or losses suffered by you in connection with any transactions carried out by third parties using your Plus Account or your Plus Card without your knowledge or consent).
